Ventura County Fairgrounds has some amazing features; 62 acres of fairgrounds on the beach, motorsports racetrack, horse stalls, equestrian arena, palm tree lined street with several exhibit buildings and galleries that can be used for indoor filming. Two large WWII quonset hut hangars. Beautifully maintained trees and gardens. Located across the street from a famous surf break; where the Ventura River meets the ocean.
